The Online Device Controller is a mutichannel hardware that is used to control of all equipments and appliances from any part of the world through the internet. If we never find any information for a particular hardware in an installation CD or through Windows Update, then we can use online device controller which will take us in correct path. Online Device Controller allows us a remote user to login to the Web server and control the devices connected to the server.
Also provided is the feature to control the same devices locally, through a Cordless Telephone. In case of ant problem in our devices, but we need to use that particular device immediately at that time this online device controller. We can operate through any were in the world trough online device controller. We can even block Online Device Help at the firewall or through the Services snap-in. we are not able to disable Online Device Help directly.
