Uses of Digital TV

Digital television (DTV) is used to change our television viewing skill. It is one of the advanced broad casting technologies. This DTV will allow the broadcaster to present a television with better picture and sound effect. There are many benefits available in digital television and as well as it also able to receive more TV channels and special interactive features that can help disabled people. Digital television is better organized than analog.

Using the digital television we can view multicast programs, which allow us to broadcast a number of channels of digital programming at the same time, but it uses the same amount of range required for one analog program. In the majority of cases digital TV will give better quality of TV pictures and sound. DTV signals use digital packets to transmit pictures and audio. Three modulation systems are currently being used for DTV. The digital television has another advantage were it have a user friendly interface where the user can view the listings well in advance rather than having to turn over through random channels to find out what’s on and what’s off.
